We present the routes of the five Trophies of the XXXII edition of the Garden Hotels-Luxcom Challenge Ciclista Mallorca, which will be held from January 25 to 29, 2023.
Wednesday, January 25: CALVIÀ TROPHY (Palmanova – Palmanova) 150.1 km.
The Challenge Mallorca 2023 will start in the municipality of Calvià, starting and finishing in the town of Palmanova and a layout similar to that of the 2022 edition. We will meet the first winner of the year in Europe.
Thursday, January 26: SES SALINES-ALCÚDIA TROPHY 158.6 km.
The Challenge Mallorca returns to Ses Salines after a four-year hiatus to pay tribute to its most illustrious son Lluís Mas, a Movistar Team rider. It will be a race with a mostly flat route, which should be resolved in a sprint in Alcúdia.
Friday, January 27: ANDRATX TROPHY – MIRADOR D’ES COLOMER (Pollensa) 160.9 km.
In this edition, the order of the start and finish of the third Trophy is reversed. The runners will start in the town of Andratx and finish at the Mirador d’es Colomer, in a high-altitude finish that always provides a great show. Terrain for the strongest of the peloton.
Saturday, January 28: SERRA DE TRAMUNTANA TROPHY (Lloseta-Lloseta) 155.5 km.
The fourth Trophy maintains the same profile as in previous editions, a day for climbers with a selective finish in the town of Lloseta. Another day that promises good cycling.
Sunday, January 29: PALMA-PALMA TROPHY 141.3 km.
For yet another year, the fifth Challenge Trophy will have its epicenter in Palma, with a flat route, but this time the urban circuit through the center of Palma will be shorter and the finish line will be located in front of the majestic cathedral.
