Participation is exclusively reserved to males of any country in the World in possession of an UCI 2022 Masters licence, issued by the pertinent National Federation, who are insured and fulfil the age requirements stipulated for categories specified in the regulations of each test.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: According to the regulations of the SPANISH ROYAL CYCLING FEDERATION (RFEC) (Technical Regulations – General Provisions I-I.3.): PARTICIPANTS THAT DO NOT HAVE SPANISH NATIONALITY MAY TAKE PART IN THE TRIALS OF THE RFEC SCHEDULE. HOWEVER, THEY MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED IN THE REGULATIONS:
WRITTEN AUTHORISATION FROM THEIR NATIONAL FEDERATION. This authorisation must include its validity period and the name of the cyclist.
AND THE CORRESPONDING ACCIDENT AND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY, VALID IN THE SPANISH TERRITORY.
If the cyclist cannot prove that the insurance provides coverage for this race, they must take out the accident insurance with the organisation. The insurance cost is €10, which must be paid in cash when they pick up their dossard numbers.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The option of taking out the insurance policy does not waive the obligation of presenting the authorisation from their National Federation.
Registration fee will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation. The paid amount will be 100% reimbursed just when a medical justification is presented within a period earlier than one week before the event, and 75% of amount in less than 1 week before the event. In case of no showing a medical proof, refund will not be made.
Registration is strictly personal and not transferable, cannot be used by a different person than the registered. The substitution of one participant by another is not possible.
In order to receive the bib number and plates, each participant must submit the original license and WRITTEN CONSENT ISSUED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE FEDERATION and make the payment of registration fees.
The Organization of the test is not liable for any accidents that could cause riders or victims or followers of the race, nor the debts they might contract and in any event of the loss of sports equipment. The organization is not responsible for theft or misplacement. The Organization will not be held liable for either theft or loss.
Each rider participating under insurance coverage their licenses.
International Master Cycling Week will be governed by the regulations the Real Spanish Federation of Cycling, Balearic Islands Cycling Federation and UCI (International Cycling Union), for this type of event.
